Why this room leads the file

Leaf Brothers is the Des Moines metro's most clearly documented cigar-lounge operator, with multiple locations requiring a quick address check before departure.

This is a source-based editorial assessment, not a claim of a recent anonymous visit. TPCC selected the venue as a useful starting point from its documented room, service and access profile; we do not reproduce third-party stars or customer reviews. A numeric lounge rating appears only after a documented in-person TPCC evaluation.
